This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and will provide administrative support for operations of all shop personnel and service related issues including but not limited to work orders, timecards, estimates for repairs needed, and purchase orders from customers. Be responsible for having the rental units meeting “ready” status. Must be able to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and possess the skills necessary to work under pressure. Should have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be a team player that adds value to the process and likes a position with varied responsibilities. Position requires good phone skills, excellent customer service, organization, efficiency, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
